The Friesian Horse
Council of New England was formed in the Spring of 2003 to meet a growing
demand for information and resources for this unique breed. By pooling our
knowledge and resources, we strive to offer informative clinics, fun
events, as well as networking opportunities to current and prospective
owners of Friesians, all in a friendly, social environment. FHCNE is a
chapter of FHANA, the Friesian Horse
Association of North America.
